CFP: Innovative Users Group 2013 Annual Meeting (San Francisco, April 24-26, 2013)

I am pleased to announce that we are now ready for your program submissions!   The link to submit a program (or poster or birds-of-a-feather) is available on the IUG website:

You will be prompted to login with your MyIUG Login.  If you don't have a MyIUG Login, sign up for one here:

This is the earlier information about the meeting:

On behalf of the IUG 2013 Program Committee, I am writing to say that we are ALMOST ready to accept proposals for the IUG 2013 Conference which will be held in San Francisco, April 24-26, 2013.  I am working with Quipu to make a few last changes to our conference management submission process and we expect to be ready for your proposals within a few days.

Thus, now is the time to start thinking about your ideas and what you might want to share with your colleagues in San Francisco this spring.   Unsure of what topic to present?   Here are some initial thoughts:

*             [Anything] 101:   back to basics programs on any part of the system
*             Sierra:   I'm sure everyone will be excited to hear about early adopters' experiences with Sierra!
*             RDA, patron-driven acquisitions, and other changes for technical services

As in the past, all program, forum and poster session coordinators and co-presenters will receive a $50 discount on their conference registration fee.  NOTE: this does not apply to Lightning Round presenters.  Program submissions will be due by November 1; poster & birds of a feather submissions by January 18.

Thanks!
